At Ancient Artifacts Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your historical home decor; if a piece doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items. Please ensure all artifacts are returned in their original packaging to preserve their unique finish and integrity.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our preservation team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Artifact

  Carefully repackage the item using the original protective internal padding and crates to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
